Refund policy
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, you may request a return under our voluntary policy within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
Items returned under this voluntary policy must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns. Customers will not be charged for return shipping on approved returns.
Items sent without contacting us first may take longer to identify and process. This does not invalidate a statutory withdrawal that has been properly exercised.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions under the Voluntary Return Policy
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the following items may not be accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care products (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we also do not accept returns for:
Sale items
Gift cards
Under our voluntary policy, items damaged by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, operational cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal right and return the goods in accordance with this policy.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after shipment, you may return it in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions and applicable law.
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond that extent, where permitted by applicable law.
Missing or opened packaging, use needed to inspect the goods, or removed tags do not by themselves eliminate an eligible consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
Following a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method selected by you are not refundable.
Unless we have agreed to bear them, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods only where this was disclosed before purchase. Different rules apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and no fee is charged for the reimbursement.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will normally be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
For voluntary returns, refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. The separate statutory-withdrawal reimbursement rules above continue to apply where relevant.
If a voluntary return is approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned item to your original payment method.
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, any optional premium shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including:

Damaged items
Incorrect items received
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
